I dealt with Andrew (managing partner) and Ted (no title). Both were very professional and answered all of our questions. Ted also gave us advice regarding picking a mantel, applying Danish Oil to the mantel to get the effect we desired and even came out to our house to ensure that our existing structure would support the additional weight. The one other person we dealt with was Karen (no title) but was the obvious boss of the place. Nothing happened or moved without her signature. She was very efficient. The last person was Andriy who was the installer. Not only was he a good stone mason but also had an artistic flair in cutting and placing the stones. He also showed great respect for our property ensuring all was protected and covered and ensured the site was totally clean at the end of both days. From the time we agreed to proceed to date of finish was less than two weeks (installation was one & a half days only). Couldn't ask for better service.

My lot is irregular but approx. 60' X 120'. I signed up for what they call the "Complete Program". They completed everything included in the contact. After taking into consideration the cost of fertilizer, aeration & weed contol products I feel like they did the work for free. Best Deal in town. About half what others quoted.
