Took my silhouette room darkening shade in for a minor adjustment 2 months ago. When I received the blind back it had been damaged where they did the adjustment. I brought the damage to their attention as soon as I hung the blind. After receiving no replies from my phone calls I eventually took the blind back to the Blind Doctor. Spoke to owner, Samantha , she agreed that they should repair the damage & she would look into it with Hunter Douglas & get back to me. It has now been over a month, no return call from Samantha & cannot get the business to even answer the phone or return a call. This Company charged me for the adjustment, more than they quoted & subsequently damaged the top of the room darkening fabric. Samantha said they would have it fixed & would keep me informed of the progress & what Hunter Douglas could do. Talking to Samantha in person was always very positive, this lady is very smooth, she just doesn't have any intentions of following up when they have made a mistake. If the owner has an attitude like this towards customers how can one expect customer service. This company will probably stay in business until somebody takes them to Court.
