Mid day on Saturday, our furnace stopped working after we had our ducts cleaned by another company. Service Tech. Helge Hetze responded to the call and immediately diagnosed the problem. After Helge explained the issue and gave us his estimate, we had him do the repairs in time for our family to eat supper!! Helge also pointed out a repair that needed to be done on the Furnace. He was very personable, knowledgeable and respectful. I would definitely recommend Abbey Air and Helge to our friends!!
