When Max came to our door, he removed his outdoor shoes and put on his "indoor" ones before venturing further into our home. He patiently listened to our complain before conducting his own diagnosis. Once he determined the problem, he said he would have to order the part. When the part arrived, both he and his co-worker again replaced their footwear before entering the house. They quickly replaced the offending part and then carried out a complete diagnosis to ensure everything was working properly. Max also assured us that the oven appeared to be working properly but advised us to use the oven soon as possible to verify this was so and not to worry about the bill until we were satisfied with his work. As it turned out, everything works fine now and I would rely on their services in the future as well as recommend them to others.

We received several quotes for our project but after seeing the work Duralock did on our daughters entryway, we decided this was the company to turn to. Karla was very professional and helpful in deciding what could/should be done and how is should/would be done. The work crew were, at all times, courteous, professional and very hard-working. A problem arose due to a communication error (more likely on our part) that Karla and her crew were quick to rectify to our complete satisfaction.
