When we first moved into our house, we discovered mold but didn't know where else it might be hiding. I had a few companies come in and everyone suggested cutting holes in various places to see if there was mold. Instead, I found Haverkate who brought his dog to my house and found the places where we 'knew' there was mold and only then did we start cutting. They did a great job and was very upfront about our problem and the costs associated to the discovery & evaluation. I forget the final cost but it was reasonable.
