The quote is accurate and any additional requests he offered alternatives and was always our decision to add to the bottom line. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. Met timelines and was within budget. We had samples to select from and he recommended a designer to assist with the planning. Our back yard is simply outstanding and enjoyed through all seasons. Phil was absolutely amazing to work with. First contracted to Reno our kitchen, He always set clear in expectations, and always kept in mind our budget, he never over sold but he did offer excellent alternatives to achieve the same results. Our kitchen was gutted and completely transformed, just so happy with his work. Stellar work ethic and reasonable pricing. He also re did our laundry room/ work station, we are beyond thrilled with our new living areas. We have referred him to friends and they also had the same amazing customer experience. Pro Renos is one of Oakville's best kept secrets. They are quick to respond and they're timelines are bang on with their primary focus being minimal disruption to ones life. The professionalism and genuine attunement to each clients' needs is second to none, your job as a client is to be honest and upfront with your needs and top spending dollar, Steve will find the precise solutions that will meet your requirements. With my balcony it was a bit challenging in that it was up on the 3rd floor, however anything that was of concern was immediately addressed and Steve offered me alternatives bearing in mind my cost expectations. I am so pleased with the precision, quality and thoroughness of the work all in keeping with deadlines.
