We needed an air conditioner installed after suffering through 2018’s many summer heat waves. Nathan came to see our house and space we wanted to install the air conditioner. He was able to recommend a very, very energy efficient solution that was new tech in the Canadian market and efficiency was a top consideration for us. When we realized that the place we wanted to install might block a window view, his team worked with us to suggest some alternative places. When they realized that wiring to our thermostat was not set up for both heating and cooling, they were able to make a recommendation for an upgraded thermostat that wouldn’t require new wiring (nor resulting holes in drywall or flooring). And they came back to install the thermostat when it arrived at no extra charge. On top of all that, Nathan and his team are really friendly guys.
