After bringing in three different builders to quote our project, we selected ASAP to come in and build a detached, two car garage on our existing concrete pad. From the very beginning I appreciated Greg's approach: honest, direct, and transparent. After some initial discussions about approaches to dealing with our existing garage pad and grade, and the need for zoning variances, we approved the build, and I quickly knew I'd made the right choice. Throughout the project, Greg was very communicative, regularly emailing with updates as major milestones were achieved. The work itself is excellent, with a clear attention to detail, but what most struck me was something very basic: every day, from the start of the build through to completion, the work site was absolutely immaculate. In the end, the build completed ahead of schedule, with no surprises whatsoever. I couldn't be happier with my choice of builder (and the resulting garage!), and I would wholeheartedly recommend ASAP to anyone who might be looking for a garage builder.
