I must say that I am very impressed with our experience thus far with Nordik. Everyone has been very personable and informative. A special mention goes directly to our Sales Consultant - Miguel. From the moment Miguel contacted us we immediately felt as though we were being well looked after. Miguel's level of professionalism and integrity is top tier. The process of contracting for a double fibreglass front door took a bit of time but only because Miguel wanted to ensure that we were happy and satisfied. When we had questions or needed guidance on certain things that Miguel was not aware of, he made sure to find the answers promptly and/or arranged for us to meet with individuals within the organization (thanks Jon, thanks Silvia) that could provide the answers we were looking for. Miguel guided us through the process and always returned our calls or texts within set timeframes and we were never left hanging. We honestly felt as though we were treated like family; and not the second cousin once removed either! What a refreshing experience thus far. We are looking forward to the installation of our new front doors and feel confident with the Nordik team that we have interacted with. We hope to not have to require it, but the 25-year parts and labour (no fine print) warranty is also a game changer. Stay tuned for the installation process and the final product review!

This was the 4th time I used 1-800 Got Junk and I have never been disappointed. Mike and Jah called 30 minutes prior to arrival and came exactly on time. They were courteous and efficient. I was quoted a reasonable price from the laminated price sheet (no numbers being pulled from the "sky"). Once the truck was loaded Mike informed me that he accidentally overestimated the size and reduced the price accordingly (honesty that is appreciated). I was very pleased with the service which has been consistently good.

Our home is only 11 years old but the standard “Builder’s grade” windows needed to be replaced. Despite a dry indoor winter environment the condensation over the years was ridiculous as was the mold and paint peeling that followed. We decided to go with Brock Doors and Windows after extensive research and we are very pleased with our decision. The HomeStars reviews are true to form and the Better Business Bureau rating exceptional. Our overall experience mirrors the previous ratings and Reviews. Mark Hill was our sales agent who was very knowledgeable and guided us through the extensive product selection. What I was dreading as an overwhelming experience turned out to be smooth and actually enjoyable. We replaced 29 windows and one garden door was transformed into a patio door. Mark followed up in person post installation to make sure we were happy with the products and services. Our installers were Mark and Chase (a different Mark!). They were not only professional but were also considerate of our family's needs during the 5-day process. They constantly cleaned their workspace and made every effort to minimize the disruption to our daily activities. Mark took the time to show me the status of the existing window installation (or lack there of) and how he was installing the new windows made by North Star (supplied by Brock). We are very pleased with the whole process and the products. Money well spent! This upcoming winter will be a true test but already we have noticed great improvements in exterior noise reduction and a more comfortable living environment. After visiting a number of the “big box” stores and searching the Internet, we decided to go with Pro Stone for the granite countertop and sink installation on our existing 8-year-old cabinets. From the moment we walked into Pro Stone to the final handshake on a post installation visit we were extremely pleased with the expertise, friendliness, service and craftsmanship that was provided. Girish led us through the project with precision and grace. Any worries that I may have had quickly dissipated as the whole planning and installation process was carried out as intended, on time, and without any delays. Our first visit to Pro Stone involved a tour of the warehouse and a detailed showing and explanation of the available types of granite. Girish was able to steer us in the right direction based on our kitchen colours and our tastes. We finally went with Bellini as per his suggestion and have no regrets. I couldn’t get over the fact that there must have been about 6 to 8 other client couples/families also viewing the materials in the warehouse all with expressions of happiness on their faces. Overhearing some of the conversations I quickly realized that many of these individuals were contented returning customers – which I plan to be this summer when I next tackle two bathrooms. The installation itself went flawlessly. I was concerned because of the existing old countertop that needed to be removed. Girish had contacted other trades-people to remove the existing countertop and level the cabinets prior to the installation. The entire project was done in one day and there was no damage to any of our property. The installers were true craftsmen. They had to make a small adjustment to the countertop on site but did so with precision and cleanliness. They mounted the stainless steel sink with silicone and I finished the plumbing 24hrs later as per their instructions. I have not had any problems with water leaks between the sink and the granite counter. We are very pleased with our kitchen granite countertops and sink and I highly recommend Pro Stone.
