The service from the technician was excellent he checked everything very professionally and was very happy. However in order for me to make the appointment for him to come I had to go to great effort because of your website that indicated there was no days available to come and do the maintenance. I finally got a hold of an on line operator who finally connected me with the company in Winnipeg who finally were able to assign a time which ended up being the next day to do the work. The original operator told me that Service would not be available till next year
