I spoke with Milad on the phone and was very impressed with how our conversation went. I explained the problem that I had with my dryer and we worked out a solution over the phone. He was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day which was a great bonus. Andy arrived a few hours later and cleaned out our dryer vent which had never been done. He cleaned the dryer and the area around it before installing the lint trap. He was very professional and explained everything so that there were no surprises. Overall I was very impressed with the level of customer service and work that I received from these guys. I would totally recommend them 100%. Thank you so much!

I found GNI through HomeStars and after reading the positive reviews decided to go ahead and call them. Mark came out and gave us a quote. His professionalism and advice along with a detailed breakdown of what work was required reassured us that GNI was the right company for the job. The guys that came out to do the job were fantastic. It was January 5th and the weather was -20 outside. But these fellas were professional, they did a great job. They even cleaned up afterwards.
