Great service from the moment of the phone call to Pat to the service call by Dave and then the proposal/estimate for the new system and the installation by the team. The new system is working great. Everything was first class - communications, product quality, professionalism/friendliness of the total installation team. At the end I even found Dave vacuuming our basement! I would never look elsewhere for HVAC work in my area.

I had my roof re-shingled last year and the roofers did not properly re-attach the anti-raccoon mesh on the roof. I called North Star and spoke with Shakeel. Communication was excellent. Job was scheduled for a few days later. Shakeel showed up on time and did an excellent job. Shakeel was a very pleasant person to deal with. There is no question who I will be using for any future pest control issues. I highly recommend North Star.

Although, you did not have a problem that we normally deal with we were happy to ensure that you remain pest free. It is unfortunate that your roofers neglected the areas that you had already covered and left without reinforcing those areas as they should have. We needed to have our roof re-shingled and selected Herb Lodde using the HomeStars web-site and were very pleased with the service including all interactions with the office staff, Jason in sales, and the installation crew. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I thought the reviews of Potlight Experts were too good to be true but they delivered as promised. They installed 14 new potlights on the first floor of my home in just under 2 hours. Everything was professionally done. Hossein made really good suggestions on the layout. No ceiling damage other than where the new lights went in. I will definitely use them again.

Michael recently completed a townhouse inspection for me. I was totally satisfied. He was very prompt to answer the phone / emails to arrange the inspection and very professional / competent in the inspection itself. The report was issued later the same day and provided full details of the inspection with a useful summary section at the front with all the action items. I have no hesitation to recommend Michael's services.
