Dimitri was very knowledgable and patient, and he provided very detailed explanations about my quesitons. He took the furnace into parts and checked & cleaned every part. Great customer services skills and he cares about his cutomers. Overall, very pleasant experience working with him and I recommend Dimitri to any other customers.
