Excellent! From beginning to end the staff was remarkable to work with. Andre was professional and timely with his estimate and explaining the differences in windows to me. As a first-time replacement window purchaser, I appreciated his time and patience explaining this to me. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed during the entire process - from ordering to installation. The 3 gentlemen who installed my windows were amazing! I was expecting to return home to a moderate mess, (dust, dirt, debris, etc) but was thrilled to come home and find the cleanliness of my home to be just as I had left it! The icing on the cake of course is the new windows! They look amazing and I am very happy.

We had an excellent experience and would definitely do business with Delta again. David is a terrific rep to reach out to and get things going. He is very knowledgeable about the services, walks through every question you have, provides suggestions if something needs/can be improved, he listens to what you want and works with you to get it done right. The service tech who came to do the installation was top notch, and he went the distance. His work showed that he really cares and is excellent.
