I was locked out of my garage, wasn't sure if it was the lock or a door spring. In desperation I called Tom at Victory Locks came over right away on a Saturday and quickly figured out it was a spring problem not look. He even helped me pry the (now heavy, without the springs working) garage door open. He was able to find another contractor to help me with the garage door problem as this was not a lock issue.
