First of all I want to apologize for not posting this review sooner. This company was amazing from start to finish. I called for a quotation in early April. Tony came to my home and listened to exactly what I wanted. He recommended why, or why not, I should or shouldn't do something. They set a date for May to start work and assigned Pauls team to my job. Unfortunately it rained non stop and my job was delayed. Tony called me constantly and kept me informed the entire time. When the work started I was impressed. They showed up on time at 7am each day. They worked hard and stayed till 6pm each day. They took time to properly make a solid base. Cut no corners to save a buck. They layed out patterns and asked us if we liked it. They were polite, neat, and a delight to have around. I am completely satisfied with the job they did. Everybody that comes over comments on the quality of work. I highly recommend Duralock. If you use them ask for Pauls team. You wont be disappointed. I haven't taken pictures, but will post when I do.

Richard treated my home as if it were his own. He always took care and cleaned up after himself. He took time to explain to us why we should or shouldn't do something. He showed up when he said he would, did more than he said he would, and made sure the job was completely finished. Richard also brought another expert in mouldings/crowns with him. His name was Paul. Paul was also very respectful to our home and us. In conversation, I mentioned to Paul that my front door that was rubbing against the frame and he took the inititive to fix it. He didn't even tell us he fixed it, I noticed it was fixed. THANK YOU PAUL! Richard and Paul and true professionals. They were both meticulous throughout the entrie installation process. It is hard to find honest, hardworking individuals like them in todays society. I highly recommend this company to EVERYONE.
