My furnace was short cycling and had a hard time heating my home, so I contacted Infiniti Air based on excellent google review. I'm glad I did. I scheduled the appointment via phone and Paul showed up to check out my furnace. I walked him through my problem and he began to check every aspect of my furnace thoroughly and ran several tests to confirm. At the end, his diagnosis was my inducer motor was malfucntioning. I was a little skeptical at first, because my furance is only 5 years old and the motor didn't make any noise. Having said that, I took his recommendation to replace motor. The replacement took 2 hours including all checks. Now my furance is running as expected and I'm happy I've found Infiniti Air. The team did the great job.

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for Steve. Excellent communication through email and answered all my questions and concerns. The day of the installation, Steve came on time and noticed the unit I bought from Lowes got swapped with a lower model. Steve called Lowes and exchanged the unit for me, came back and did the installation. The job was quoted for an hour and ending up 3 hours long. He went above and beyond. I recommend Steve any day.
