This was my fourth move with Rent-a -Son, and there's a reason I keep coming back to them — every member of their team that I've encountered has been friendly, professional, and an expert at what they do. This move was no exception. The team was incredibly efficient and kind, attentive to special instructions for delicate items, and highly adaptable and creative when it came to resolving unexpected hiccups that came up. Amanda has been my Moving Coordinator for every move I've done with Rent-a-Son, and she's always been fantastic to work with. She knows exactly what to ask and how to guide someone who's going through the exciting but stressful process of moving. The moving crew this time was made up of Junior, Jowel, Eero, and Amog, and I can't thank them enough for everything they did! Their incredibly hard work and expertise made a big move go as efficiently as possible. And their adaptability really saved the day — when we got to the new place, the truck was too large to fit behind the building, but they were able to come up with a creative solution to make it work. And even at the very end of a loooong day with extra challenges, they were still so kind, courteous and friendly. Thank you so, so much, team! You are the best!

This is my second move with Rent-a-Son, and both times I've been so impressed with the friendliness, competence, and efficiency of the whole team. From first contact with the move coordinator to the careful and expert work of the movers themselves, everything was managed calmly and with great attention to detail. I felt like the movers took great care with my furniture, and their friendliness and expertise really helped to reduce my stress on the day of the move. I've done one long-distance move with Rent-a-Son (from Ottawa to Toronto) and one in-city move (downtown Toronto) and both moves went more smoothly than I ever could have expected. I highly recommend Rent-a-Son.

I had the contents of a one-bedroom apartment to move from Ottawa to Toronto. The movers from Rent-a-Son were so efficient and friendly. On the day of the "pack up," they finished a full hour earlier than expected; on the day of delivery, they were able to arrive at my new condo building ahead of schedule and actually finished unpacking before they were meant to arrive in the first place! They were very careful with all of my items and made it clear that they really cared about doing a good job. Everyone that I dealt with at Rent-a-Son provided very professional and friendly service. I was incredibly impressed by this company and will definitely come back to them the next time I have to move. Highly recommended!
