Jeff was fantastic and fair. He responded within 2 hours. He was timely, he diagnosed the problem(s), quoted his regular day pricing (even his after hours/wknd pricing would have been fair), and immediately got to work. He listened with interest to the problem, the scenario, and the history. He reviewed previous electrical work, and put into layman's terms the solution needed. I gave Jeff a generous tip on top of the invoice as his work ethic, his helpfulness, and his promptness were muchly appreciated.
