Excellent! From beginning to end the staff was remarkable to work with. Paul was professional and timely with his estimate and explaining the differences in windows to me. As a first-time replacement window purchaser, I appreciated his time and patience explaining this to me. He returned my phone calls promptly and kept me informed during the entire process - from ordering to installation. The 2 gentlemen who installed my windows were amazing! I was expecting to return home to a moderate mess, (dust, dirt, debris, etc) but was thrilled to come home and find the cleanliness of my home to be just as I had left it! The icing on the cake of course is the new windows! They look amazing and I couldn't be happier with them
