Update Aug 17, 2022: I filed a dispute with TD Visa for the unused parts that for which I paid in advance in the amount of $380. Appliance Repair Expert are disputing my claim with TD saying that the parts were installed and were on site Aug 11! Unbelievable, no one was on site on Aug 11 and I have since engaged a reputable appliance company. I have paid 2 invoices so far for the initial service call mid-march and the parts. It is now June and the situation is not resolved. The service man came in on Monday claiming the dishwasher has reset itself and now works and did not install the parts. This is after I escalated to speak to a manager on Friday, who still has not called. I cannot get through any of their numbers on their website and have not received a response to my emails.
