It is with a most grateful heart that I am writing to you today. I want to inform you of the excellent service that Elia and his team provided us in our basement renovation. Elia and his entire crew were friendly, courteous and extremely professional. The job was done on time and the quality of the workmanship was impeccable. Everyone who entered my home treated it as such. While the dust and dirt was unavoidable as it spread from the basement to my home, each crew member always removed their shoes upon entering, even when I told them not to bother. That shows me how respectful your crew is of other peoples property and it should not go unnoticed. The team was very approachable and always helpful in answering my many questions. Elia made sure he was always available to answer my questions, no matter how early I phoned him.
