I called Cascade based on the Homestars reviews and even though I was told that my freezer needs to be replaced, I am very happy with the service I received. Steve walked me through each step of his troubleshooting and explained very clearly how he determined what was wrong with the freezer, and why it is not worth repairing. Linda also offered great advice towards what to look for in new appliances.
