I noticed that the clevis, to which our service wire was attached to, had become partially detached. I decided to call AC Electrical because there seemed to be several people who had hired them for the same issue and there were lots of positive reviews. Nick came out to the house so he could have a look and provided a quote. Hellen took care of the paperwork and dealing with Toronto Hydro. The job was done on the scheduled day and the power was back on by the time we got home. They even put up some flashing for me. Very happy with the way things turned out. Thumbs up AC Electrical !

I noticed a hole in our roof and realized we probably had an unwanted guest squirrel. We had a similar problem last year in another part of the roof and we called SWAT Wildlife back then and again now. Our technician this time was Randy. Randy arrived on time and explained the process - one way trap door so the squirrel can get out but not back in. After installing the trap door Randy inspected the rest of the roof to make sure there were no other access points. Randy was very courteous and thorough. If you are unlucky enough to have a squirrel in your roof I would recommend Randy and SWAT Wildlife.

My wife and I decided to have the roof done this summer. I was not looking forward to searching for a reputable roofing company - this was mainly due to some of the horror stories other homeowners have shared. I happened to mention this to my neighbour and he recommended Mark Goncalves right away. He mentioned what a great job Mark had done on his roof a couple of summers ago. I got in touch with Mark and he came over and provided a quote. The quote was in line with our expectations and we signed on. On installation day the crew arrived on time. First thing they did was to move our backyard furniture and lay down these giant tarps to protect the yard and catch the debris and plywood to protect the windows and doors. The crew was very courteous and respectful of our property. Mark was very good at providing a detailed explanation of the process and also keeping me informed as the work progressed. He answered and addressed every single one of my questions as they came up. Mark does something very interesting - he provides a video recording of the work done in time lapse photography so you can see how the whole process works. I have never heard of any other company doing that. He also sent us dozens of pictures of the project. The work was completed in the time frame that we expected. When they were done they did a great job of cleaning everything up. Roof looks great ! There is actually a line in the contract which reads "our intention is to make this experience as simple and as hassle free as possible" and that's what Mark and Skyluxe Roofing did. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to get a new roof. Great job, Mark !
