Extremely poor customer service, does not care about customer satisfaction in the slightest
Would not recommend to anyone looking to be satisfied with their home improvements from this company. They do not respond to emails, don't care about you after they have your money, and their representatives will mislead you by simply telling you what you want to hear in order to go forward with the installation. Then after multiple requests to respond to emails, we were finally offered a rather insulting 5% off on a future purchase or a gift card to the Keg, as if that was supposed to compensate for something. Their workers also left a ton of wood chips and broken glass outside the house after they replaced our old windows, and even complained about having to come back and clean it up.

Daniel it is unfortunate that you will not recommend us. Once we were made aware of your concerns our installation manager met with you to perform an inspection. You were happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship. Your post does not mention this but your concern was that the new bedroom window we installed was not more sound resistant than the window we replaced. Our installation manager offered to remove the casing trim from the inside to ensure the window was properly foam insulated and sealed. You declined his offer because you were watching the installer and witnessed that it was insulated sufficiently. We apologized for the improper cleanup and had our installer back right away to perform a proper cleanup. The triple glazed window we installed is more resistant to sound than the double glazed window you had. Sound transmission ratings and customer testimonials support this. It is unfortunate that it did not meet your expectations and you felt this point was overstated by our representative. Although we declined your demands for a total refund for the window we did attempt to extend a gesture of good will.
