We had an awesome experience doing the home inspection with Paul. When we arrived, he showed us the very thorough report that he had put together. He had checked on absolutely everything we could think of (and a bunch of things we hadn't thought of), had taken photos and had clear writing about the different areas. Everything was explained to us very clearly. He then took us on a walk through the home to point out different areas that he had mentioned in the report - it was awesome to see everything in person. He even took the time to show us how to work our fireplace, fans, garburator, etc. We went down to the parking lot and he was just as thorough inspecting that area. Paul was professional but also personable. He took his time explaining everything and made sure we didn't have any questions left unanswered. We felt so secure in his inspection and the work that he did. Would not hesitate to recommend Paul and this company to any future home buyers looking for an inspection. Amazing experience!
