Sam is skilled at various jobs reasonably priced and very reliable. He fixed a gate, attached hose reels to the house hung a picture and painted a bathroom. I would certainly use him again.
Excellent design work. Very good workmanship. Very poor scheduling of the trades which meant the project took over twice as long as they stated it would. Most people do not like being without one of there bathrooms for an extended period of time..
