I've used Verdun windows in the past and called Pat, sales rep, to give me a quote on a home I was flipping. I did request quotes from 4 other companies; between price, warranty and they're organization for the GreenON plan it was a no brainer though to go ahead with Verdun again. Phil and his brother Mark completed the installation. We we're in the full swing of renovations, some floors had been refinished, some hadn't, bathrooms we're half put together, etc. They still took their time to ensure they had clean, well covered workspaces. Nat who scheduled everything was great, knew exactly what I needed to get ready and expect when the guys arrived. I've had nothing but compliments on the windows, I even know of a couple neighbors who ordered shortly afterwards.

We renovate homes for resale. This was our second experience using Markelangelo Roofing and, it was another great experience. The guys show up on time, they’re friendly and polite. If they have any questions, their lead comes down off the roof and discusses their concern with you. Cleanliness is extremely important to them, they make the utmost effort to tidy up after themselves. The buyers home inspector was impressed with the work that was done on the last home and I have no doubt they will be this time around as well. I’ve had no issue recommending them since, nor will I hesitate to call for my next project.

We purchased a home mid 2016 in Ottawa, ON which had had Verdun Windows replace windows 16 years previously. The homeowner still had all the paperwork and although the warranty was not transferable at the time and only good for 10 years it was good knowledge to have. In the summer of 2017 we were undertaken renovations which included removing the bay window and converting it to a patio door. Upon opening the wall, we realized no new header had been installed, etc. Knowing the work had been completed by Verdun, we contacted them to see what we could do. They went above and beyond. Removed the bay window and re-framed the entire opening correctly. I was able to complete the installation of my new patio door without any unforeseen costs! If a company is ready to stand behind their product after 17 years and it's not even the same owner...no arguments or trying to get out of it!! How can you really consider shopping anywhere else for your windows and doors?
