It really is too bad about the end result. As I told you at the beginning of the inspection, many houses with new renos can look great, but an inspectors job it to look completely past that and inform you if it has been done properly or not. In the case of this home, the result was not good. However, like I told you, I cannot keep anything from you and have to be honest with you.
