Upon first seeing pebble creek furniture in a local store I was hooked. I thought it was perfect for my newly renovated home. Unfortunately the company lacks serious communication skills and has next to no customer service. Ordering the furniture was very complicated and we had to go back three times to fix the order as well as numerous phone calls between the store, pebble creek and myself. Once I finally recieved my furniture, they made a mistake on the cabinet. It took almost a year for them to replace it and the new one has mismatching stain on the cupboard doors. They are now refusing to acknowledge the problem as being theirs and will not fix it. For $2000 this unit should be perfect. Pebble Creek is a complete disappointment.

Sorry for your unfortunate experience. We had many problems with supplying the only store we didn't own, which made communication difficult. We no longer supply that store for this very reason. In the middle of winter in Whistler, your piece of furniture was stored in an unheated warehouse. This causes many problems with wood and finish. We wish to do the best we can for our customers.
