Booked job on the August and sales person guaranteed that the roof would be installed before the end of October. After not hearing from the company I decided to contact them on Oct 22nd. After numerous attempts and messages, I was finally contacted and then told that it will be done by the end of the first week in November. Three days after I received a voice message stating that they would like to begin the job and requested that I call. Tried calling back on numerous attempts and left messages but never received any return calls. A truck showed up at my house unscheduled and dropped off materials on my driveway and roofers began work on the property two days later. Due to the weather, Job was finally completed on November 6th. A huge skid was left on the driveway I was told by the roofers that the company will be picking it up soon. Called the company on Nov 10th and was told that message would be passed on. Contacted them again on Nov 19th and today Nov 20th and again told that message would be passed on. Still waiting for this skid to be removed..........

All commitments pertaining to the contract were upheld on time. The crew's attention to detail, craftsmanship, punctuality and cleanliness of job site before and after work was phenomenal. Mr Harpreet was always courteous during all conversations during and off working hours. He always worked together with his crew making it difficult to differentiate between the employer and employees. The project came out picture perfect and we are constantly receiving compliments on a daily basis. Such a skill is not acquired by experience, it's just raw natural talent. I highly recommend KP Construction Inc. for any of your stamped concrete needs. Mark my word, these guys are the best in the industry. Best bang for my bucks.....
