We hired Brian Fletcher and his team to renovate the kitchen and entrance hallway of our century home in west Toronto. The meetings to set up the project, discuss options and budget were detailed and very helpful. I had a good understanding of the work, cost and project schedule. The reno involved gutting the existing space, adding insulation, some reframing and adding ceiling joists to open the space up, new cabinetry and countertop, ceramic floors, electrical, minor plumbing, new window and entrance door, closet. The quality of the work was very high, fit and finish excellent, attention to detail and client satisfaction excellent. We are really satisfied with the open and contemporary look that we achieved. Brian and his team were professional, conscientious and dedicated to completing the job. We were kept very well informed throughout the entire project, and we continued to live in the house throughout the renovation. The work was completed within budget estimates and only slightly behind scheduled project timelines. The project management was excellent. We were kept well informed of daily and weekly tasks.
