In an nutshell, Josh called promptly after leaving him a message. He was able to diagnose the problem with my furnace over the phone, and showed up at the time I asked to install the new parts. It was and easy job, but no less important than the big job he rushed away from to fix my problem. Josh is a top notch guy compared to the many trades people I have seen over the years.
