We had our entire basement done with Only Basements and boy is it ever something. Words can't describe the job done on it! To make a long story short, We needed underpinning, along with waterproofing, changing all under ground plumbing, and a separate entrance at the side of my house leading to the basement. They arranged a meeting at our house and provided us with a very detailed quote about the scope of work to be performed and payment options/plans. I was really surprised at the flexibility of payments and happy with the smaller sum staggered payment structure. As they had a good reputation, and prices being slightly lower than the competitors, and the payment plan was suited to my taste, We decided to sign the papers with them between the 4 other quote we received. The process went smoothly and as planned. The workers were friendly and decent people, and our project manager Joseph was a terrific guy! All contractually obligated tasks were accomplished and they went above and beyond by completing the project well ahead of the estimated time frame. We had no issues whatsoever throughout the process and the new space looks so wonderful that I felt the least I could do is to recommend all of you readers to go ahead and give Only Basements . They've certainly got my vote!!
