Brent at Classic Home Inspections was wonderful. He arrived early, paid attention to all of my concerns and addressed each of my issues. He was thorough and returned my results on the the same day as the inspection. He identified the possible problems with the home in a straight forward and open manner and offered advice to remedy them. He crawled into each nook and cranny in the home, and would not leave an area until we were both satisfied that there was nothing left to uncover. I do not want to be like the guy on TV running around having everyone in a panic about things. I just simply explain the facts. Sometimes things are small issues, sometimes they are bigger issues.
