Hired Sam based on all the reviews but he did not do a great job. He is very nice and respectful and honest but he made a lot of work out of what was a straightforward job... did not want to use the Ikea drain kit that came with my new sink (which I was fine with) so had to cut holes in the vanity drawers which were very roughly cut and do not look good (not alright... didn't want to take it apart and do it right). Did not tape when he painted and now I will have to remove paint off surfaces it shouldn't be on. Did not notice things like the fact that the toilet paper holder wouldn't have enough room to be usable once he relocated the sink (see photo). Now it has to stick straight up (looks silly) Basically was in too much of a rush and didn't think things through enough before starting and when I expressed my displeasure at the end, implied it was me that set him up for failure. And he is not cheap... But otherwise he's a nice guy to be around and if it was a simple project he might do it well, although I will not use him again based on this experience.

Thank you Mark for your review. I'm happy to work with you. There were many technical challenges with your requests and I'm sorry the end result was not to your satisfaction. . The plumbing issues specifically stem from being able to meet code issues with the condo guidelines. I recommended calling a plumber to address this or alternatively we could cut into the drawer in question and keep the existing drain. The resulting workaround was not to your satisfaction and as a compromise I did not take full payment. I do wish you the best Mark as you're a very respectful and kind person.
