Underpinning, main floor renovation
We started with some minor hiccups but Kris stepped in and dealt with them accordingly. We were then introduced to their architect Shahid who was absolutely phenomenal. Any time we had a question he made himself available. He was so great to work with. Our project was underpinning, new kitchen, main floor bathroom addition and new bathroom to the 2nd floor. Before our reno was about to get started we were introduced to our Project Manager - Robert. From the beginning he was fantastic. Took care of all our needs. He's very practical. Made some suggestions that we'd never even think of and even helped us come in under budget. The trades people he brought in were also great. It was like working with a friend. He was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Norseman, Shahid and Rob.
