I had a renovation completed by this company earlier this year. The work was decent and the team was pleasant in our home, but the overall experience with this company was horrible. The owner in particular was extremely rude, fought me and my wife over every detail and was extremely disrespectful to us. The subcontractors for our electrical and plumbing were also never on time and rarely even showed up the day we were told - on many occasions it took over a week. The process was unreasonably slow and no one ever seemed to care. We are now looking into renovation other areas of our home and we would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Product was fair but the quality and customer service was non-existent.
