An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Hi Bryan, As I mentioned on the phone, Ecowest’s window crew are pros! Wade, Jeff, Moe, and Joel worked very hard over the two days in all weather conditions- even hail! I noted how well they worked with each other, problem solving whenever an issue arose and generously helping Daryl rip down replacement trim boards on their table saw. They especially took their time on the three doors, ensuring they are plumb and trimmed to perfection. They communicated with us at every turn, asking us how we’d like to trim out the windows on both the inside & outside. It was great to see how they cleaned up at the end and left our home looking better than they found it. Our new Valor gas fireplace insert is fantastic! Steve is a talented and professional gas fitter who expertly prepped our firebox & chimney for the new insert and venting pipes. To have an experienced salesman who also installs is rare and having Steve’s opinion on the best choice for our room’s design means our fireplace fits perfectly and complements our cozy family room. We also look forward to using the gas bbq hookup he installed as well!
