Previous to meeting Rob, we had many not so good experiences with contractors that had worked on various areas in and around the house, and so we were very careful with who we wanted to hire to finish our basement. We had met with a number of basement contractors (big and small companies), each with either too good to be true quotes, or outrages quotes that was over two times outside of our budget... and then we met Rob. Rob isn't the pushy salesman type that you get with some companies, nor is he just the dedicated sales rep who is just all about the numbers - all of which we had met before meeting Rob. Instead, Rob (owner of his company) is very knowledgeable and experienced with what he does. He will take the time to explain his work, what he and his team would and will do, and more importantly WHY it is done that way - everything he does is done to the current best practice building code. He worked together with us to realize a beautiful layout and finishing to our basement. He was always available to speak to us if we had any questions or concerns before and during the project. Rob has a very pleasant demeanour, focuses on top notch quality of work, and provide a great customer service. Before selecting Rob to do the work, our main concern was to make sure that the basement is done in such a way that we will never have to worry about mould or mildew down the road - which would be or should be the concern for anyone who has a young family. Rob understood this concern and assured us that he and his team does everything to code and that we will not have to worry about it. He estimated that it would take 5 weeks to complete the project, and that they will not rush to finish it sooner because he doesn't want to sacrifice the quality of his team's work - and in the end, I can see how and why it took 5 weeks to complete.. unlike some of the previous quotes we got before, which ranged from 2 weeks to 4 weeks.. I can't imagine what sort of cut corners they would had taken. Like Rob, his team are all very pleasant and engaging to talk to. He does outsource the plumbing and electrical to be done - both who are certified and also very nice and pleasant. We liked him and his team so much that we even referred them to our neighbour, who also signed with Rob to do their basement. Bottomline... Customer Service. Quality of workmanship. Reasonable time and cost. We are 100% satisfied with our basement and we would be more than happy to recommend him and his team to anyone and will for sure be using them for any future projects that we may have.

We met with David and company to go over what we wanted and he was very helpful. They were on time with our project and on the day of the installation, his team worked tirelessly to get it all installed in one day. Their customer service is great! I had an issue with one of the hardware (soft/self close), and David sent one of his guys out just to fix it for us without hesitation on the same day (at no cost to us either). The project was done back in 2012 and recently we have a broken screw on one of the handles, I was planning to fix it. But then when we went to the recent Home Show in Toronto, we saw David at his display booth and told him about the broken screw. Not only did he remembered us, but he has agreed to send one of his guys to come out and replace the screw for us! So definitely happy with him and his company.

Good prices for the furniture, just wish they accept 100% payment with credit card instead of 50% on credit card! and then 50% in cash, money order. Also wish they remove the cardboard boxes instead of us having to deal with it. Delivery service was smooth.
