Jason Andrade in Etobicoke

I got an estimate from all of the top rated electricians on HomeStars.com which service homes in Etobicoke, ON. Hotwire Electric provided the best experience by far when obtaining an estimate. One of their top competitors wanted me to have Toronto Hydro inspect the location of the outside meter *before* they would perform a simple inside panel change. Not only did Hotwire not require this, but they were able to do the job in a single day and complete it before 6pm. They were also willing to pay me for a previously purchased replacement electrical panel, because they felt their panel was better for the job, and thus reduced my cost. In addition they also provided an extra 220V/15A breaker at my request. The only minor gripe I had was their usage of our small house vacuum to clean up the mess after the job. To be fair some contractors don't clean up after themselves at all, so Hotwire Electric is definitely ahead of the curve. But it would have been nice if they'd have brought their own industrial vacuum cleaner for this purpose. Overall I'd say they did a good job replacing the electrical panel for the house and I'd recommend them for sure.
