John did a great job getting my furnace working again. I self diagnosed the issue to be the ignitor after reading similar symptoms on the internet. But John ran his own diagnostics and found the issue to be faulty wiring. He re-wired at the furnace to correct the problem and then took the extra time to re-wire at the thermostat to make sure it would not cause any future problems there. Service was friendly and informative. Will certainly have him back in the Spring for my furnace and air conditioner maintenance.
