My Carrier furnace stopped blowing air tonight, which is a very cold night. I called the Carrier hotline, who provided Econoair's number. Econoair (and Faraz) was at my house within an hour. Faraz was courteous, professional, and explained what caused the problem, how to fix, and how I can prevent the problem in the future. Now we have heat and a fixed furnace for a reasonable price. Thanks Faraz and Econoair!

This company has very good service. They are very responsive to emails, prompt in repairs, and reasonably priced. Even gave ideas for other improvements possible. I will use them again. I needed testing and repair of some faulty outlets, installations of fixtures, and re-wiring of switches.

Thank you for SAVING me THOUSANDS of dollars. Having Ross come to my house was the best decision I could've made. After we moved into our resale house, we noticed a funny smell in the basement. A competitor advised us that it was dangerous mold that should be removed immediately, and gave me a quote for thousands to dissect our finished basement. We were terrified, bought masks, plastic sheets, and were 5 minutes from booking the job to rip apart the basement. I called Ross at The Mold Guy for a second opinion. Ross came out the very next day, did a thorough investigation, and showed me that I DIDN'T have a mold problem; merely a small amount of mold that is normal for the age of my house. Ross gave me some D.I.Y. solutions for clean up and future prevention that took only $50 at Home Depot and 3 hours of me working on a Saturday, and it saved me THOUSANDS, if not tens of thousands. Ross came back and performed an Air Quality Test, which confirmed that Ross was RIGHT! No mold problem, at all! Ross was even correct that the smell was caused by sewer problem (also confirmed and repaired by a plumber!) Thanks Ross!!

Very Satisfied! The Waterproofer completed exterior waterproofing last fall and has completely stopped any moisture from entering our basement through this past winter and spring. During the project, which was on schedule and on budget, Stephen's team waterproofed 3 sides of our semi-detached house in Davisville Village. They took care of working around the front porch, back deck, and air conditioner. After a successfull 8 months of being dry, we proceeded with basement renovations just recently. Cozy World was fast, professional, and friendly. In Fall 2009, the president matched our furnace to our needs, which was actually a smaller furnace than the existing one, which certainly needed replacement. The president took care of applicable rebates for us. Great service. There was only one small issue with a water pump a couple of weeks later, but the furnace situation is much improved.
