We were going to go with another company however our designer introduced us to Bamco and we decided to go with them. They were fabulous up until the signing of the contract - even guaranteed us a certain delivery date. Well, once they had our deposit it was a different story. Delivery date came and went, no one returned calls and when cabinets finally arrived 8 weeks late, they had some installer moonlighting on this job....we spent over $100,000.00 and expected better service then this. When it came to service calls - what a nightmare! They blamed everyone but themselves for outstanding issues. Never would I use them again or suggest anyone else does. Our designer is still apologizing for putting us through the Bamco nightmare.
