Window glass were left with white streaks and our white window frames not fully cleaned or left with dirty water marks. The team sent to our location seemed less that professional, from our previous experiences. They were cleaning all our rear yard windows, while their detergent and water bucket sat halfway down our front yard driveway, not being used. Also, while they were working on one of the few windows that required a ladder, we could see from inside, the worker's ladder moving--an accident waiting to happen! We had to go out and tell his partner (working beside him) to hold the ladder to avoid any falls. We did call A+ office with our complaints immediately, especially since the work was already paid for. I spoke to Diana M. and was assured that she would arrange for the Manager to come out and redo the work within the week and our cheque would not be cashed until that time. Here we are going into our 4th week, with no call back and our cheque was cashed within 24 hours of the first appointment. THIS SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE WAS DEFINITELY NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!!!!
