Installation was great. Ordered ALL crank windows. Order came in with 1 window not crank. Was told miscommunication and is our responsibility. I ordered all crank. Where's the customer service???
Beautiful Windows. Best service and installers. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up very well after installation. Would have been better if we would have received all what we ordered. Sales rep says it was a miscommunication. If the sales rep was doing his job we would have received what I originally asked for. Whatever happened with good customer service!
