Ryan and his team removed an existing builder deck and installed a new pressure treated deck for us. I had never met or used Ryan before - this was my first experience with him although we have owned many different homes and have used several different deck experts. What I can tell you is that his Product and Service was EXCELLENT!! I would rate his work as PLATINUM status for the following reasons: - Showed up the date he said he would - Delivered the product he said he would - Finished earlier than the agreed to date - Made a slight modification to the job to produce a better looking product - used additional lumber and didn't ask for extra - Worked through the rain to complete his work - Worked long hours to finish so he could start his next committed project In the contractor world - to get all this is unheard of. I would recommend Ryan all day. You don't find contractors like this!! Save yourself the money and headache and go with Ryan and his team.
