I called Pro Choice and they picked up right away. The person on the phone was extremely kind and open to getting someone to me as soon as they could. The were able to provide next day service. They arrived on time. The technician on site was very helpful, not just fixing the problem but being very straight forward as to what caused it and how to prevent such issues from happening again. I was almost going to purchase a new/used unit to replace mine but thankfully that didn't have to be the only option. The unit is still working beautifully and we're very grateful.
