We worked with Reborn to help us with a major update to our home, to replace all flooring throughout the house (LVP), paint all walls & oak trim, paint & install new baseboards, and to help repair some odds & ends throughout the house. They did an amazing job, and we continue to be beyond happy with the results! From our first introduction to Reborn, Bob (our eventual PM) was honest, transparent, and helpful. This was our first time doing a home renovation of any size, and we were jumping in with both feet... Bob helped us understand our options, encouraged us to do our due diligence when looking at the competition, but ultimately, sold us on the value Reborn adds above and beyond others. Bob's level of customer service, respect for our time & money was appreciated. Bob helped us plan out a timeline that met our schedules and was able to be flexible and adjust as our jobs through us some twists along the way (unexpected travel). He helped focus on keeping our home liveable while the renovations were underway, ensuring the work progressed in a specific sequence so that we never lost access to important areas for long (if at all). The flooring guys were fantastic and continued to uphold the same level of service and quality of work Bob had introduced. They were friendly, and passionate about their work. We did have some challenges with the painters, both in quality of work, and in meeting time commitments, however, Bob was quick to address and resolve any concerns we shared along the way. Every project of this size will have hiccups, and given this was the worst hiccup, I couldn't be happier. ;) Bob continues to check in periodically on the condition of the work, and we are confident that any concerns we may have down the road (if any), we will be in good hands with Bob and the rest of the reborn team. We would STRONGLY recommend choosing to work with them on your renovation project, and we look forward to working with them again on future plans for our home.
