Last spring when my interlock driveway developed a bit of shifting, Bill and his team promptly came over and fixed it up. Before Bill left, he reminded me to let him know the condition of the driveway the year after, so that if more shifting were to develop he could come over and make a more extensive fix before the warranty period ends. Fast forward to this spring, Paul and Bill kept the promise. The team came over, and here's the crazy part: they took out the bricks of the entire back half of my driveway, cleaned all the bricks, re-leveled the ground, and re-installed the bricks. Many hours later and after a lot of hard work, I have a brand new interlock driveway, all covered by warranty! In Paul's words they're "only fulfilling obligations as promised", but to me this is above and beyond. Driveways are always tricky no matter what company and technology you go with, but if a company is willing to fulfill the warranty to this extent, you can be sure that they always put 100% effort to do the best job they can the very first time.

We contacted Mike for our front porch glass railings need, and got exactly what we wanted. There were issues with the manufacturer delaying our project but Mike has been responsive throughout the process. Both Mike and Roman did a great job installing the railings.

Our experience with Pro-Loc has been extremely positive. We have a project which includes the driveway, the front porch, the frontyard (pillars and low wall), a backyard patio, a 10'x8' shed foundation, and new sod. I drew up some scketches at the end of 2016 and contacted multiple companies for quotes. Some companies just came over, looked at the sketches, and gave a rough quote on exactly what I drew. Paul from Pro-Loc did way more than that. Throughout the process he listened to our ideas and gave lots of valuable feedback on what makes sense and what doesn't. There were so many decisions I was uncertain at the time, that in retrospect I think Paul's suggestions make perfect sense. I wish I listened to him even more. (If you're about to meet Paul personally, make sure to treat it as a consultation session rather than just a free estimate.) On top of that, Paul responds to email and phone calls very quickly and very professionally. In the end, we picked Pro-Loc because of Paul's professionalism and also because their price is about right for the quality and detail they offer. The installation team has also been great to us. They are very detail-oriented and take great pride of their work. They don't hesitate to ask me questions when there are things they're unsure about. Like the others say, they keep the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day, something that my neighbours really appreciate. In the end, everything turned out great. Months later when I emailed Paul for a minor touch-up request, Paul responded and sent someone over within a week. Absolutely top-notch customer service. We have no problem recommending Pro-Loc to our friends. -JimmyC
